The Business of Honor: Pre-sales Campaign
We Need a Culture of Honor in Business
Business is all about relationships, and every day at work presents us with a choice: Will we fight for fear-free connections with our team members, employees, vendors, and customers for the sake of our mutual success? Or will we default into self-protection and self-serving and participate in a relational culture of disconnection?
This is the choice between honor and dishonor, and it flows from our hearts and our core beliefs about people.
In The Business of Honor, Bob Hasson and Danny Silk lay out a pathway for living with a heart of honor in business, from receiving your identity to investing in healthy relationships and taking the lead in building honoring culture in your company or organization.
Readers of The Business of Honor will discover:
- How our identity impacts our ability to see ourselves and others with an honoring heart and perspective
- The reality of the process we must all go through to uproot the core beliefs and motivations of an orphan identity and receive the healthy identity of sons and daughters
- How winning the battle of fear in our hearts enable us to protect our working relationships
- The core values and standards of honoring relationships and culture
- The practices that build healthy connection in the workplace
- The heart and habits of honoring leaders, and their cultural impact
- And much more!

Ten percent of the presales for The Business of Honor will go to the newly established Loving on Purpose Life Academy Scholarship Fund. The Loving on Purpose Life Academy (LOPLA) is an online training resource and community dedicated to helping people put the principles of Culture of Honor, Keep Your Love On, and now, The Business of Honor, into practice.
Here’s what a few of the Life Academy’s students are saying about how this training has impacted them and businesses and workplaces:
“The tools I’ve picked up in the Life Academy have allowed me to build better relationships with those in my office and with my clients. Ever since I began implementing what I was learning from the Life Academy I noticed lower levels of stress at work and an increase of peace which then spilled over into other areas of my life. I wish I had known this information 20 years ago!” –Charles Kown
“KYLO has taught me to seek relationship with clients, and not just deliver a service/product. I go beyond my role and look for ways to connect with them as individuals. This has opened doors in times of conflict, where we have protected the relationship, and come to resolution without resorting to punishment.” — Alison Brown
“I never knew how to confront another person before I found a practical toolkit in Culture of Honor. I devoured the content of the “Kingdom Confrontation” chapter and studied it prayerfully before having a confrontation with a business mentor . . . I experienced a successful confrontation, the consequence of which was the settlement of the majority of my outstanding fees and an undertaking in his part to settle the balance in time with interest. I have since that experience continued to do business with him.” –Dean Seaward
“Culture of Honor and KYLO have truly been the most useful relationship tools in my life. The practical insights found in them have changed my family life, my friendships, and downright saved my career on multiple occasions. These resources, in my opinion, are must-haves for anyone who wants to hang out with people.” –Austin Fletcher
