Dream Culture Personal Learning App and Book Re-Launch
We are re-launching and converting the Dream Culture Book into an app-based personal learning program that will give you an interactive learning experience that brings your dreams to life.
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM?
How would it feel to have someone not only believe in you and your dreams, but also work alongside you to help those dreams become reality?
What would it be like if we lived in a community where everyone was intentionally seeking to encourage and empower on another to discover their purpose and live their dream?
We believe this kind of community is possible and it starts with you and me.
So, what is your dream and how can we help you live it well?
OUR OWN ADVENTURE DREAMING WITH GOD
Over the last seven years we have seen and heard countless stories of people across the world discovering purpose and starting to live out the dreams and desires of their hearts. Businesses have been started, properties purchased, relationships formed, cities influenced. Others have been freed from depression and disease and unlocked to experience the joy of life fully alive. We have been in prisons, businesses, schools, churches and community centers.
Our own adventure with God has continued to unfold as we won the USA greencard lottery to become permanent residents and then purchased our own home here in Redding, CA. We continue to be amazed at how faithful God is regardless of our insecurities, fears and self-limiting beliefs. The beauty of this is that we get to give away real life stories rather than just an inspirational message.
HOW DO WE MULTIPLY THIS MESSAGE?
Last year I was contemplating how to make Dream Culture more accessible for a growing online and mobile global community. As it so often happens on our adventures with God, an opportunity ‘fell’ into my hands. I was contacted by a visiting business woman asking if I was available to meet and talk about Heaven in Business. This visitor to Redding, CA happened to be So-Young Kang, Founder and CEO of Gnowbe.
So-Young is a serial entrepreneur who wants to change the world by maximizing the potential within people. So-Young considers herself blessed to be in community with the world’s leading thinkers from Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, TED, and as a Young Global Leader nominated by the World Economic Forum. She is an experienced entrepreneur, published author, global speaker and educator. She started teaching piano at age 11 and started her professional career teaching in Japan nearly 20 years ago before moving onto Citigroup and McKinsey & Company.
Gnowbe is a pioneering mobile-first digital learning solution for the modern workforce. Based on the latest science of adult learning, gamification and behavior design, Gnowbe’s approach is bite-sized, collaborative and drives ‘on-the-job application’ for greater performance.
A FUN TOOL THAT MULTIPLIES HOPE
So we decided to team up. We are giving the Dream Culture book a makeover and converting it into a Gnowbe app-based learning program that literally walks people through the process of discovering, developing and living out their dreams.
It is very cool!
Here’s what it does for you:
– takes you step-by-step through your personal journey of discovering and making your dreams happen
– gives you a community of like-minded people on the same journey both in-app and on social media
– is mobile, meaning it is accessible and applicable to you anytime, anywhere
– is delivered in bite-sized learning so that you can do as much or as little as you want given your personal schedule
– is extremely interactive and fun as you get to read, watch, think, do, capture memories and experiences and download or share these with others
– is like a personal life coach in your pocket giving you what you need, when you need it, on your dream journey
How much will it cost?
For just under $100, you get access to the experiential learning platform for 12 months. All progress is saved and can be downloaded anytime as a pdf document. It also links in to social media where you can share progress, insights, questions and comments with the growing dream culture community.
In addition to this we are setting up a private Facebook group where we will foster a culture of encouragement and collaborative empowerment. Together we will build momentum, igniting the world with practical hope as dreams are realized.
HERE WE GO!
Right now our team is in full swing working on the graphics, formats, uploads, video recording, image building, content conversion and collection of more stories of dreams realized.
Thank you for pre-ordering and partnering with us to multiply practical hope!
MEET THE AUTHORS
We come from the beautiful east coast of New Zealand. In 2008, we were asking God about what was next for our lives and we heard Him say, “Leave everything and go to a new country.” That began this wonderful, crazy, scary, fulfilling adventure we are currently on. Together with our four young children and ten suitcases, we left the certain and secure shores of our homeland and headed for Redding, California. We had no idea that our dream to build people would grow into a partnership with Danny Silk, then Kris Vallotton and Bethel Church to help build an organization that is building people all over the world.
Initially, we worked with Danny Silk to develop what we now call Dream Culture – a workshop, book, life coaching tool and DVD curriculum that helps people discover purpose, access motivation and turn all this into real-life outcomes. This became a foundation for what we do now, equipping people to discover who they were born to be, build a partnership with God in ALL of life and overflow to positively influence the world around them.
Now we are on staff at Bethel Church focussed on building initiatives that equip people to partner with God in ALL of life; from the board room to the bedroom and everywhere in between.
Andy’s business background ranges from relationship management and agri-business consultancy to international community development, having helped establish a microfinance project, orphan program and leadership development program in eastern Uganda. At the core of all this was the desire to help people discover purpose and resource them in whatever way possible to get there. More recently Andy launched Heaven in Business, a movement to connect and catalyze people to experience God at work, bulid great business and influence cities. For more see HeaveninBusiness.com.
In addition to being a wonderful mother to four children, Janine brings a strategic and relational aspect to all she is involved with. Her background in people development, adult training, and project management merge as she helps people unlock dreams and make the practical steps to see the impossible happen. Janine is also the catalyst behind Kingdom in the Classroom – an initiative to re-activate educators to partner with God in the reformation of the education realm. If you are an educator wanting to partner with the presence and power of God in your classroom, grab a copy of Kingdom Tools For Teaching.
